Book your sauna time after your accommodation is confirmed
Arrive a few minutes early to chill in the nearby changing area so you’re ready for the start of your slot
We recommend staying in the sauna for 3 – 15 mins at a time. This will depend on many factors, so it’s best to listen to your body.
Swimming costumes must be worn. Bring a towel to sit on and dry with, drinking water and crocs or flip flops.
Over 14s only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
